About Merrill Bryan | Murrells Inlet Native Realtor

Meet Merrill Bryan | Your Murrells Inlet RealtorHi, I'm Merrill.I've been giving people the real tour of Murrells Inlet my whole life. Now I just get paid for it.I was born and raised here, which means I'm not just familiar with the map. I know which neighborhoods feel different after 5pm, which waterways are worth the drive, and which details you'd never find in a listing description but absolutely need to know before you buy. Most people who end up here either grew up dreaming about coastal life or stumbled onto the inlet one weekend and never quite got over it. Either way, I get it. I've spent my whole life not quite getting over it either. If you're thinking about buying, selling, or just trying to figure out if Murrells Inlet is your place, I'd love to be the local who helps you figure that out.A Local Perspective You Can't GoogleSome people move to Murrells Inlet and fall in love with it. I was lucky enough to grow up loving it. From the creek and the beach to the neighborhoods tucked beneath live oaks, this area is part of my story. That local perspective matters when you're choosing between a waterfront property, a neighborhood with amenities, a low-maintenance condo or a place to put down roots. I can help you look beyond listing photos and think through what day-to-day life will actually feel like.Real Estate With a Personal TouchI'm not going to rush you, oversell you, or disappear after closing. That's just not how I operate.Buying or selling a home is a big deal, and most people don't do it every day. So when you work with me, you get someone who actually listens to what you want, tells you the truth even when it's not what you were hoping to hear, and stays in your corner from the first conversation to the last signature.Whether you're selling a home you've loved for years, buying your place on the coast, or trying to figure out if now is even the right time, we'll talk through it like real people. No pressure. No scripts. Just a straight answer and a plan that actually makes sense for your situation. That's the part of this job I never get tired of.A Little More About Me (The Fun Stuff)I'm a Murrells Inlet girl through and through. I grew up here, and even after all these years, I still think there's something pretty special about a day on the creek, a boat ride, or just being close enough to the beach to go whenever the mood strikes. When I'm not helping clients find their place here, I'm out living in it.You'll find me on the tennis court, out on the water, or catching up with friends over coffee somewhere on the inlet. I love this coastal life in the most ordinary, everyday way, not just the sunsets and the scenery, but the pace of it, the people, the feeling that you're exactly where you're supposed to be.That's honestly why I love what I do. Because I get to help other people find that feeling too.Where I Help Buyers and SellersI work throughout Murrells Inlet, Garden City Beach, Surfside Beach, Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island and surrounding Grand Strand communities. From established neighborhoods to beach homes and waterfront properties, I love helping clients discover the right fit.Buying along the coast can bring special considerations, including flood zones, insurance, HOA rules, property condition and rental restrictions. I help you know what questions to ask and which details to investigate before you make a decision.Let's Talk About Your Next MoveWhether you're ready to buy or sell or just beginning to explore your options, I'd love to be a resource.
