Prince Creek isn't just one neighborhood. It's a collection of communities in Murrells Inlet, each with its own homes, amenities and personality. I'm Merrill Bryan, a Murrells Inlet native and local Realtor, and I think the most important part of choosing a home here is figuring out which section of Prince Creek actually fits the way you want to live.
From established streets with mature landscaping to gated enclaves and neighborhoods with recreational amenities, Prince Creek gives buyers several ways to enjoy the South Strand while staying close to Murrells Inlet restaurants, shopping and the beach.
Prince Creek is a large master-planned area in Murrells Inlet near the Highway 707 corridor and TPC Myrtle Beach. Its location makes it convenient to explore the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, Garden City Beach, Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens. The exact drive and access depend on which neighborhood and address you choose.
One of the most common misunderstandings about Prince Creek is that all sections share the same pool, clubhouse, gate or HOA. They do not. Amenities and rules should be verified for the specific neighborhood and property.
Collins Creek Landing is a gated Prince Creek community with established homes and neighborhood amenities, including a community boat ramp with access toward the Intracoastal Waterway. If boating is on your wish list, start with my detailed Collins Creek Landing neighborhood guide and homes for sale. Confirm current launch and storage rules with the association.
Linksbrook is another established residential section of Prince Creek. Buyers looking here should compare home layouts, lots and current neighborhood amenities with the other Prince Creek options rather than assuming every section offers the same features.
Bellwood Landing offers another distinct residential setting within the broader Prince Creek area. Compare available homes and lots, community documents and any applicable amenities when evaluating a property.
Highwood is one of Prince Creek's gated sections. Its setting and homes offer a different experience from some of the non-gated neighborhoods. Check the specific HOA covenants and fees before buying.
Willow Bay is another neighborhood buyers may encounter in the Prince Creek MLS. Other communities in the larger area include The Bays and Seasons at Prince Creek West, an age-restricted 55+ neighborhood. These are distinct communities with different rules and facilities; the listings shown below cover several verified MLS neighborhood names, not every Prince Creek address.
TPC Myrtle Beach, designed by Tom Fazio, is a major landmark in Prince Creek. Golf access and any fees should be confirmed with the course rather than assumed to be included in neighborhood HOA dues. Depending on the section, buyers may also find pools, clubhouses, walking opportunities and other community features.
As of October 14, 2026, a combined MLS search of five specifically identified Prince Creek sections - Collins Creek Landing, Linksbrook, Bellwood Landing, Highwood and Willow Bay - showed 22 active properties, including land. Asking prices in that selected search ranged from approximately $250,000 to $1.35 million. This is not a count of every property in the broader Prince Creek area; inventory changes frequently. Browse the current results below.

No. Amenities and access vary by neighborhood, and some facilities may have separate membership or usage requirements.
Prince Creek is inland from the ocean in Murrells Inlet. Beach access is a drive away, with travel time depending on your specific location and traffic.
Start with the features you won't compromise on - home style, budget, HOA structure, recreational amenities, gates, boat access and the feel of the streets. Then tour the individual sections and compare real properties.
I've lived in Murrells Inlet my whole life, and I love helping buyers understand the differences between neighborhoods that may look similar on a map. If Prince Creek is on your list, let's talk about what matters to you and narrow it down together.
